Duo Sports, led by Justin McKenzie - the Chula Vista Personal Trainer, specializes in player scouting and recruiting for American Football in Europe. We also perform sports training and is the home of the Thundercats travel team.

Personal Training

The Personal Training program here at Duo Sports gives our clients the freedom to ask for the results they want and not be fed corporate lines and excuses. Our no-nonsense training style allows for you to maximize your session time and really work hard for the results that you are looking to achieve. Each session is an hour long and includes warm up, the scheduled routine, and includes cardiovascular training. We offer varying routines based upon goals, fitness level, and trainer evaluations. Simply put if you come to work hard you will achieve your desired results.

All programs are built off the foundation of resistance training, cardiovascular training, core and stability training, nutrition counseling and guidance, and hard work by both the TRAINER and CLIENT. We believe in functional training so all of our routines and desired results are leading you to having a healthier and easier life health-wise. If you goal is to look good on the beach or possibly run a marathon our training programs are designed to help you take your fitness level and overall health to a higher level.

In addition to 1 on 1 personal training we also offer group training and boot camp training for those who like to be pushed not only by their trainer but also with friends and family members. Group training and boot camp classes also have special discounted rates.

Our personal training program is open to anyone ages 13 & Up.
