Duo Sports, led by Justin McKenzie - the Chula Vista Personal Trainer, specializes in player scouting and recruiting for American Football in Europe. We also perform sports training and is the home of the Thundercats travel team.

Sports Performance Training

Our Sports Performance Training Program is what sets us apart in the training industry, our advanced techniques on teaching speed, agility, balance, coordination, focus, explosiveness, and power are unique and universally applicable to youth and adults and from beginners to experts. We believe not in just improving one aspect of an athletes ability but all aspects creating a more well rounded player with the ability to rise to and above the level of competition they face. Sports Performance Training has several different packages and plans including 1 on 1 training, group classes, and team training.

All classes are 1 hour in duration and are high intensity classes designed to push athletes to their limits both physically and mentally. The 1 on 1 classes are designed to focus on the goals of the individual athlete. Our standard group classes allow athletes to push themselves in a group setting as well as be competitive in an environment that promotes sportsmanship and fellowship with other athletes. Our Team Training is a special service that coaches can use to help not only strengthen their teams physically but also allow for team building and bonding as the athletes can push each other and work together in training as they would on the field.
